From Palmpoint
to Advent.
Michael’s father founded Palmpoint Pty Ltd in 1987. Michael worked alongside him across acquisitions, council development approvals, contract management and building approvals before taking over the family business.
The family’s early work included the townhouse development at Holmes Street, Kingsford, followed by apartment buildings, townhouses and private residences, principally in Maroubra and Sydney’s south-east. That delivery experience informs Advent’s current apartment projects.

Michael leads Advent, working alongside his sons Alexander and Adam.
Michael Petrovic
Michael worked alongside his father from the early years of the business across acquisitions, development approvals, contract management and building approvals. He later took over the family business and today leads Advent Property.
Alexander Petrovic
Alexander joined the business full-time after completing a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Finance, in 2020 and a Master of Property and Development in 2022, both at UNSW. He had already worked alongside Michael while studying.
Adam Petrovic
Adam completed a Bachelor of Construction Management and Property at UNSW in 2023. He brings that construction and property background to the third generation of the family business.

Advent works with specialist architects and designers, including Philip Thalis of Hill Thalis, Luigi Rosselli Architects at Double Bay, and PBD Architects with interior designer Lorena Gaxiola at Mason Kingsford.
