PBD Architects’ expression is celebrated and extended rather than interrupted. Warmth, geometry and material depth move from the building’s terracotta exterior into a sequence of calm, finely composed interiors.

Material language

A Continuumin Terracotta.

Kingsford has long been defined by brick: a streetscape grounded in warmth, texture and restraint. Here, that identity continues inside. Terracotta is translated into stone with brick-toned depth, establishing the base of a layered material language.

Walnut, travertine and brushed brass are composed to create contrast, shadow and tactility. Surfaces feel built up rather than applied, while cabinetry is treated as furniture—articulated by joinery, proportion and deliberate material shifts.

Within the project’s boutique scale, subtle hospitality cues shape the journey home: moments of compression, controlled transitions and tactile thresholds that make everyday arrival feel considered.

Light and dark

Two schemes.One architectural language.

The light and dark schemes are distinguished by atmosphere as much as finish. One is pale, luminous and quietly tonal; the other draws on walnut and deeper contrast. Both preserve the same strong lines, sculptural forms and material richness.

Bedrooms and bathrooms continue the project’s warm restraint. Each residence is conceived as a complete interior—predesigned, considered and resolved so that every room belongs to the same architectural whole.
